Question Services

As some know I have a special needs child well she just got a puppy I'm trying to find the best place to take Princess Dixie, the puppy, to get her set up as a service dog, she has already greatly helped my child but she goes everywhere with us and I don't want the issues "she's not a service dog" she's very much a baby only a month old I just weened her off a bottle.
I want to make things simple so no questions asked when we are out and about. Thank you for your help

A place that you might be able to find info on this is voc. rehab. I know that some people have gone though them and had service dogs assigned to them. I think there is also a place around Topeka that does the training for them but not quite sure as to were that is or if it is even Topeka.

Just put a vest on her that says service dog. Service dog training is over a year and costs thousands

I agree! These guys are well recommended. I have a client who took his sons dog there. That dog was trained incredibly good!

I have a Special needs Nephew (Autism) and his OC has a dog specially trained for Autistic kids trained here in KC area want to say Mansbestfriend in Belton? Not sure what goes into training the dogs for each special needs but if they can do one they can do em all. They also had a dog in a movie in the 90's dont remember which movie.
