Many will say……”This is modern times, nobody wants a World War”.

People were probably saying the same thing in 1914.

Possibly around 1937.

Things can get out of hand quite quickly.

Of course, the biggest difference is mankind now has the ability to kill millions more in a much shorter time.

I don’t know the answer. But it could get worse before it gets better.

Biden the warmonger. isn't that what they claimed about Trump? this conflict is the direct result of the Ukrainian government reneging on elections to allow the Donbas to succeed to Russia which they would have. before Russia invaded on Biden's watch the press called Ukraine and Zelensky corrupt thugs .. then overnight Ukraine is a a bastion of democracy.

bahahhaaa

Biden wants to escalate this conflict on purpose to impede Trump. won't work.

Trump will end the conflict by giving the Donbas to Russia where it belongs in the first place. Zelensky will get cut off completely and he'll have to win his conflict on his own without US help. NATO won't touch this without guess what? US Backing. So Zelensky gives up the Donbas and keeps most of Ukraine.

while it wasn't Zelensky who agreed to the Minsk accord to hold a succession vote in the Donbas it was Zelensky who delayed it on purpose then said the one thing Putin won't allow .. Ukraine wants to join NATO. this is also against earlier agreements for no NATO expansion eastward, forget the small fries, Putin can look past that because they themselves aren't worth Russia's effort. Ukraine is. and who starting licking Zelensky's ass? Biden.

A bigger piece of dumbassery would be hard to find.

Russia has no legal right to invade a neighboring sovereign country just because they don’t like their government. Every one should support Ukrainians right to defend their own people and country.

Couldn't agree more.
I hope we make it to January 20, 2025
I hope the Ukrainians aren't stupid enough to try it, or there are restraining factions there.
They should sue for peace because if they pursue war, they will be done, and will drag the rest of us down with them.

It's a little late for that. I have no desire to die to protect their borders. Thanks.

No, because Putin and Russia would not stop the fighting, would not remove their troops from Ukraine, would not allow a free and fair election and finally in 2022 they declared the Minsk protocol no longer existed and invaded anyway. They broke the minsk accords.

Nothing about the Russo Ukrainian war was instigated by Ukraine or the west. This was purely an act of aggression on the part of Putin as a way to restore what he believed to be a russian controlled state lost after the collapse of the soviet union in 1991 / 1992.

that agreement gave Russia their Ukrainian based nukes back in agreement for Ukraine sovereignty and NO NATO EXPANSION.

who broke that agreement? NATO. and the US.

You just don’t get it. Europe realizes that allowing Putin to take over Ukraine will do nothing but give him the incentive to do it again elsewhere. The EU and NATO will go to war before that happens.

It’s to our benefit to support Ukraine as long as possible.

Why are former badasses suddenly turtle doves?

Perhaps the MAGAs are confused by Trump’S dick-tater envy and think this is something other than another case of fucking over your allies like so many union workers in Atlantic City.

Whose side are you on, boyz?

Yeah her's the thing... NATO was formed as a DEFENSIVE alliance against the Soviet led Warsaw Pact forces. Neither of which have existed for over 30 years. Its a wee bit difficult explaining how any member state was attacked by Russia to justify expansion of the conflict to include ALL of NATO.

I hope you understand where this is headed.

There will be a nuke exchange if we're not careful. Is there a fucking thing in Europe worth nuking the planet for? I mean I love it and all, but they haven't exactly done us any favors in the last 100 years or so... What exaclty is our strategic interest there when we've got a storm brewing in the Western Pacific?
