GOOGLE VOICE DON'T USE IT!

Soooooo I was purging my gmail inbox and stumbled upon a tab that says "Call Logs". Apparently Google stores everything that goes on from your very first call and text message to your last one, this is only if you are using google voice. For those of us that like to remain anonymous I suggest a particular app found in the android store called Burner. With this app you are able to create a number, use it for a week, 30 days, or unlimited period of time. What I like about it is that if I only want it for one date I can burn it immediately afterwards. I suggest looking into it because Google is not one for keeping your dirty secrets a secret. There are Dozens of apps that have these same features therefore me saying the name would not stop the Hobby Show.

Once I am re established, I am switching my email but my account is 10 years old and I never have upgraded it so I know it's safer than any new ones; especially those less than a year old.

You should make sure that any app you use is not based in the US. If they are the government can request any and all records from them at any time based on the legislation that passed last year in the budget. I'm sure most of these companies do keep records, but I'm not sure where they are based. The smaller companies like MagicJack app or Textnow can't prove what you talked about, only that you called a certain number, so really this is kind of tinfoil hat shit anyway to be honest. Google would be the only one with the infrastructure to record and keep logs of actual phone calls so that is a bit scary... Whether or not they do or not who knows but I'd err on the side of caution.

Also, Lacey implying that her account being created a long time ago therefore being "less likely" to have any action taken is nonsense. The longer you've had an account there the more logs and records they are going to have on you. They aren't selectively only logging new members' activity. These are the same people that took a picture of every location in the US with a fucking car, im pretty sure they can pull records and logs for longer than a few years.

I would seriously advise anyone interested in cyber security do their own research and not listen to this moron.

Whatever "education" you received the made you think an older Google account would be immune to scrutiny is clearly trash, so really you might want to stick to topics you actually understand.
