It seems odd to me that a jury convicted rapist and self professed physical and sexual assault proliferator such as Donnie Douchebag is allowed to not only run for office, but that his minions would say " he's a great guy, and that evangelicals would support him since he took on a pro-life stance. What exactly would he have to do to disenfranchise his voters?
Trump's been convicted by a jury in the E Jean Carrol trial and is facing not just one verdict civilly, but a 2nd that could cost him millions of dollars in awards and penalties to the plaintiff, and to the self confessed pussy grabbing, and forcing women to kiss him, cause he's a star mentality. What you fail to acknowledge is that the term Voir Dire, allows both the prosecution and the defense to eliminate prejudice in a jury trial.
During the jury selection process, after voir dire, opposing attorneys may request removal of any juror who does not appear capable of rendering a fair and impartial verdict, in either determining guilt or innocence and/or a suitable punishment.
