Last night when I was working on a very complicated project for our shareholders I started to think about Sarah's post. Before I continue I want y'all to know that the project was extremely complicated but I'm a very smart person so it was relly easy for me.

Sarah, the thought of you or anyone else losing faith in my staff breaks my heart. However, I want to know that I and nobody but me listened to you loud and clear.

This morning I called an emergency meeting with my staff to discuss the changes I'm making effective now. Nobody else but me.

Everyone across the county and the international community praises me on how great my knowledge of the Eccie rules really is. The problem is that regular people not at my level are all pretty ignorant. Most are dumb as a rock. That's why people like me are critical to the long term success.

I've always done a great job of identifying violations and publically shaming the offender. With that said, the average people are not. Eccie rules are very complicated to everyone except me.

In summary to this complicated issue I personally solved I've decided to create a safe space to vent without sanctions. Just don't vent at me or you will be sanctioned up to and including a lifetime ban. My solution is the best one or I would have personally come up with another.

Starting now I want the ladies to copy and paste the advertisements disguised as a thread. Me and only me will then determine the severity of punishment because I have a lot of experience in that area. Please note that someone at my level can't discuss the punishment with someone at your level but rest assured. I'm the best person to do this.

And for those females reading this. Most people have a healthy fear of me for good reason. I'm in a position of authority. Please don't test it.

In other words, you better not contact anyone through PM and call them names or make threats. That will get you banned.

Hopefully posting this awesome idea will let you know that this post is all about you. I made sure of that.

Now let's start posting those ad!
