As Secretary of State let's start with these two:

1. Hillary's "reset" of our relations with Russia has paid off marvelously. Russia is a peaceful and cooperative partner and Putin loves us.

2. Hillary was also the architect of our policy of "leading from behind" in Libya which was another smashing success. We got rid of Qaddafi, transformed the country into a beacon of tolerance and stability in the Arab world, and made it a coveted diplomatic post for future ambassadors.
