Default van date legal?

I have a conversion van that I can make it impossible to see into the back. Is it illegal to have sex in there when no one can see? It wouldn't be indecent exposure, could it be public fornication even if it's in private? Really curious about this and look forward to hopefully getting an answer.

The basic definition of indecent exposure is: the crime of intentionally showing one's sexual organs in public.
the act of outraging public decency by being naked in a public place.

Public fornication basic definition: Engaging in sexual activity in public, in and of itself, is not a crime. It only rises to the level of a criminal offense if the defendant knew — or
should have known — that there was likely to be someone present who would be offended by their conduct.

Each state has their own definition of these offenses. If it's a jury trial thejury would be handed the definition of your state and they just woukd be asked was a crime

Weather or not your guilty or not of these crimes, you might be arrested, hauled downtown, van towed, pay impound fees. The question is why take a risk for someone to call the cops?

I think depending if Van has curtains. Also there a old saying "If the Van a rocking don't come a nocking".
If spending money on hookers spend some money on good shocks.

Not an attorney, but doubt this would be a crime. People are fucking in RV's all the time and I've never heard of them getting arrested. Beside, if a cop comes knocking, just don't answer them. I don't think they would have the right to enter or search you vehicle.

Kind of reminds me of my brother that side swiped a car on his way home from a bar after a few drinks. He was reported and the cops came to his home which was just a few blocks away. They knocked and he answered and got arrested for DUI. Was told by bonding agent that had he not answere, he would have only been charged with leaving the scene of an accident. Would have resulted in a better outcome for him.
