The health alert is bogus people.
Medical records are confidential, you don't have health papers unless you work on the bunny ranch. Health department doesn't correlate with FBI feds. Health issues associated with an STD is not a crime.
FBI won't extradite a person across state lines for little misdemeanor charges.
A person is trying to scare women away. The writing was too atrocious to be taken seriously.

The idea that the FBI is interested in prostitution unless you're talking about a ring, human trafficking, drugs, or something else that warrants *federal* attention is indeed laughable.
