Default Starting back Playing after having Heart Surgery

OK, I had a Quad Bypass on August 1, 2016 and am interested in getting back into the saddle. But kinda unsure if I am ready or not for the risk. (I know I want to, but I also hate when people have to call 911 and such)

If anybody has undergone Bypass Surgery, please share your thoughts & advice with us. I am seriously interested in learning & determining what I should do & when.

I had 2 heart valves repaired a maze ablation and pacer installed at age 56. Full open chest and I died while they were putting me to sleep. 4 months after surgery, I was back in the hobby. Your cardiologist should know how safe it is for you and you should know based on speed and endurance on a treadmill or elliptical workout. I suggest avoiding the 20 something high energy and demanding providers. A nurse might be a good start. She said she would call 911 for me and roll me into the hallway for the paramedics to find.
