YES. I was having that issue earlier, kept getting a gateway timeout issue when I attempted to send a message.
No other time did I have any problem, viewing the site, etc.

I had a software update on my cell and can't access the PM system unless I get a promt when browsing on eccie.

I figured out to access my PMs I have to go to my profile 1st click contact info 2nd send PM then that gives me access to my control panel and PMs

It appears ECCIE has a new look.
The website looks to be updated and when I type to post or send a PM the letters and spacing are different as well.
So that's great but now instead of not being able to access my PMs by clicking on the red button to the right of my username which BTW still shows I always have 1 new message. Which is a flase indication.
I cannot access my profile by clicking on my username. I have to go to an old post and click on the number next to reviews to access my profile which is a true pain in the ass. Without being able to access my profile I am unable to see Statistics, Infractions, Contact Information or my Reviews.
Is there a cure for this?

If you go up to the top where it says welcome busternutz, there is a drop down menu that lets you go to your pms and profile and other things.

oldpun, that's true, but all I can see is "Welclome," until I cursor over it then I see my name. Same goes with all the items/links in that horizontal line such as Search Providers, Chat, Search, etc. It's all white space until I scroll my cursor over it. I've gone to my CP/Options and tried to changing the skin color, but all that does is change the headers, so that didn't help.

Busterz first, what are you using to browse on your phone. You have to use a browser that support Java.
I use Dolphin browser on my phone.

OK....I agree color change for the background, not just all white.
Remember Java is your Friend.....

Thats what I am saying that feature does not work.
I click on my username and it goes yellow on the 1st click and nothing else happens after the 2nd click. As far as I can see I don't even have an option to log out.
I'm using whatever browser is on my cell.
This a new problem and worse than the old one as described earlier on this thread.
I aslo am unable to search members by name on my phone.

Well, at least I can hover over with my cursor where my user name is and it does show up yellow, but the only reason I knew it was there yesterday is because I noticed I had a new PM that was lit up in red. Just happen to scroll over it and I see my user name. When I right click on my username, I get the drop down box, so I'm not having that problem.

The problem I'm having is this ^
I tried changing the skin color, every option there is for skin color change, but it did nothing to make visible the Search Provider, Chat, Search, etc links. All it did was change the color of the headers over that section as well as other sections. The area I'm speaking of was still nothing but white space until you hover over it with your cursor, then I can see them in yellow, just like my user name which is still white space except for right in front of it where I can see "Welcome,".
Btw, I do have Java, so that's not the issue either.
Other issues I've noticed is that the font is a little light IMO, not enough color difference between the fonts of the read and unread, the screen is now extremely bright to the point it hurts your eyes after a while, and we've lost the Multi Quote buttons. I have no problem with the changes that were made, I can learn to live with them and get used to them, but the glitches need to be fixed.

We have a staff thread concerning this and I will bring up your concerns.
And Buster it is important to know what browser you are using on your phone since that could be the issue...
