And why not? With the FBI already caught lying to the FISA court and Congress persons willing to testify at any trial that may be forth coming if his withdrawal is granted, that they were told by the FBI that Gen. Flynn had not lied to them.

I predicted he would when he was charged. Bottom line, he won’t serve a day in jail. But he’s been thru hell in the meantime. Hopefully, Comey, McCabe et all will face the music.

In October 2019 you predicted the trump impeachment wouldn’t happen, and during that period you also predicted the Horowitz report would jail the deep state. How’s that working out for ya.
Flynn can’t just opt out, the judge has to allow the traitor to crawfish out of his plea deal. He would be wise to keep his deal and do his time.

Sullivan is not allowing Flynn to opt out.
IB and LL continously got this wrong when Sullivan first came on board.
I'd have to dig up this threads to show you how wrong these pro Flynn assholes have been.

During the last hearing, Sullivan pretty much directed Powell to take this course of action to prove government malfeasance. The only ones with millions of Russian dollars in their bank accounts are named Clinton and Biden. You'd be the one who has been proven 'wrong' at every turn.
