Tiffany's had two lap dance area's. One along the back wall with no privacy and one in a back room with no real privacy either. The standard dances, the $5 a night ones, were always along the back wall. The dances were still good grind and touching allowed, to the girls rules. In VIP most girls would double the rate and allow a lot more touching or give a better grind, etc. Never any ITC extra's, just no privacy to do it.
Before COVID shut it all down the Management had changed it to no touching for non-vip dances on the back wall. It depended on the girl how much they cared about the new rule but the managers also were running over and scolding dancers if to aggressive on it. At least the night I went. It was a big push to try and force VIP and a higher price per dance.
Based off a review I saw somewhere else. It's $5 a drink, $6 for food or a coupon for food... You have to wear a mask when moving around but not at the table. Girls wear masks except on stage or at a table but no stage tipping. It sounded kinda dead but it looks busy on some nights when I drive past. The back wall section was gone and only VIP but it dances might keep wearing a mask during dance.
