The providers who charge a higher donation would like to think that they have eliminated certain type of clients they do not desire. That may be true to a certain extent, but it does not eliminate them completely. However, what they did do is price out many guys who would be fantastic repeat clients. Of course, with the inflated donations, the providers are probably not looking for regular clientele anyway (IMO, if you see the same provider less than once every 45 days or so, you are not really a regular customer).

They have repeat clients. They don't have people who can't afford their higher rates as repeat clients. Unsure why that concept is difficult to understand.
