Why can a hobbist have a SO and cheat own her and it seems to be a big issue if a provider as a SO.?

Now ain't that a double stander for providers?

Can you guys be honest about that?

Every client that I see knows I am married. I make it a point to work it into a conversation. I have never had anybody tell me it's a problem. Then again, it could be a reason some don't become regulars and I just don't know.

I think the big misconception about married providers is that they are doing all the work and the husband is just sitting back enjoying the money. Not so, for the majority of married providers. Our lives are just like the hobbiests.....work, home, family, etc. Good thread. I am curious to see what the men say.

Bliss is right. I've known that many of the providers I've seen are married or have a SO - I've met several of the SOs and even played together with a provider and her SO.

Gloria, I agree that there are guys who have a problem with a lady having a life. I think their problem is that they want to believe they are special to the lady for more than an hour.

JAG i can respect that guys wanna be special.I chat with alot of the guys on yahoo and even on the phone it doesnt bother me.Yes it does bother me when they wanna call and have phone sex.Kinda hard to do that when you do have a life outside of this.

I have no problem with and expect providers to have an SO, and to have a life outside of being a provider.

and if any guy's have a problem with providers having a SO and a life outside.......
they should not be in the hobby...

I don't publicize whether I have an SO or not, mainly because I don't think a hobbyist really cares to know unless we see each other on a more regular basis and it comes up. I WANT to be the guy's fantasy girl so if he wants to believe I am single, I can do that... if he finds it exciting that I might be married, then I can go that way too!

Providers and hobbyists use names/handles that aren't real so all fo us are living in a fantasy world to a degree and that is perfectly fine!!

Ditto with everyone above!! I think each situation is different though....some couples where the wife is a provider make it work quite well!
As far as my s o and I,we have been in the "swinger lifestyle" since we got married....he has met alot of my clients and even done a tag team call with me and been a part of my gangbangs...we have a very open marriage..i have even hired providers for his birthday!!
I say if a client has a problem with that,then they need to try a different provider....I have never had any problems with it yet{lol}!

At my gangbang,one of the guys called me afterwards and thanked my s o!!!

I think Lea is right it is mostly about the fantasy especially if you see a lot of ladies. If you are a little more selective then it is the fantasy until you get to know the provider and then it just can become a comfortable experience with no expectations and no strings attached other then respecting each other and each others boundries. We are all hiding something or another and some things are better left private unless you trust and choose to reveal behing closed doors.

Now with that being said lets just get naked and do what is natural or unnatural whichever floats your boat

Yeah... I can be honest about it... many (not all or most... but some) guys are just hypocritical!! Somehow... they have the impression that they are morally and socially superior to the working girls of The Hobby. How they arrive at that conclusion is beyond me. They are out, hiding, lying, cheating... spending their family's money on The Hobby, but find it easy to portray the very girls they pay as beneath them, morally!! Incredible!!

How is a married (or attached) hobbiest any more socially or morally legit, than the married (or attached) girls they pay to see? They aren't! Bliss, Dallas, and Lea have already debunked that point fairly well!

I realize that I probably have a somewhat unique perspective on the subject.... but I can pretty much guarantee that the number of disfunctional, moral & social misfits are fairly well equalized across the gender fence.... in and out of The Hobby!!

Just remember.... according to the Politically Correct Societal Masses.... we are all derilict, lost souls!!

If they only knew how much fun they're missing!!

If it is really starting to get to you, consider switching to email contact only until screening is done. I don't give out my phone # until the screening is complete and life has been much more peaceful ever since.

I've never really worried about it since this is fantasy world and all. Only thing that bothers me is when a provider has a really cool SO then in some misguided morality I don't want to see the provider because its like I'm disrespecting him.

There's a lady I used to see on an irregular basis, since she was a visitor to DC from KC. When, for a few years, I traveled through KC once a year, I'd see her while in KS. One year, she suggested I stay at her place on my way through. We played together with her SO, and I found out that he's a good guy and that he's got no problem with her being a provider. So, don't worry about disrespecting a lady's SO. If you have met him, he must be cool with her chosen profession, and you can respect him for that.
