I would hope at some point we can see video of the incident. Seems the man did bring a good amount of law enforcement attention upon himself. It would be hard to argue his posts did not justify the response but on the issue of shooting they need to provide some evidence it was justified.

No justification is required if the guy was a Trump voter, ask Ashli Babbitt’s dad.

When you engage law enforcement by threat of violence or in the case of Jan 6 acts of violence the penalty can be quite severe. It does appear the man shot in Utah was a nutjob and looking for some kind of action.
I continue to find some humor in the irony of a party so bent on heavy handed justice lock em up make em pay.. But when the great white shark of justice swims their direction the story changes.

Indeed.
The guy may have been a nut job but he was also a 75 year old man who needed a cane to walk and Senile Biden's corrupt FBI exterminated him
There were 1000's of leftists nutjobs who made similar threats against President Trump, hell many still are, and not one of them was killed like this (hell I suspect virtually very few were even visited)

If it turns out a 75 year old man was armed and pointed his weapon at the FBI, where do you fall on the use of deadly force?
Whether he used a can or not...

Look. This guy made many threats. He challenged govt officials and got a visit. When the fbi came to his house he pulled a weapon. I don't wanna hear but but but blah blah.
This guy was in the wrong. Period.
This case is not about anything else.

This seems to be the story and if he raised a firearm at agents serving warrants the expected response is to be shot until no longer a threat. When you post about specific murderous plans that only gives those agents more reason not to wait and see what the next move is once weapons are drawn

They should NEVER wait and see, regardless of what a person may or may not have written online. If he drew on a bunch of feds, he’s got no one to blame but himself.

Did he?
We have no video footage. No reports he drew and threatened the FBI. Just some nebulous statement that an old mentally ill man who had to get around with a cane was "armed". And that statement is from the corrupt FBI who exterminated him
If there is video footage of him drawing and threatening the FBI agent, then I would agree with you he may have been at fault (see below). But right now we have none of that and given how the corrupt FBI has acted in recent years, simply relying on their statement without video footage is foolhardy
I say may have been because there is this caveat. Did the FBI have to do a pre dawn raid on his house? According to his neighbor, the FBI have surveilled him for some time. They could not have just easily and safely picked him up when he walked to church like he often does ?
Seems to me the FBI chose a time and method that was most conducive to provoking and killing him rather than just picking him up safely at another time

That treasonous bitch got just what she asked for. A great way not to get shot is to refrain from storming the US Capitol with a mob of traitors in an ill-advised attempt to overthrow the legitimate government of the United States.
Any other country and half of the white trash fucktards in that mob would've gotten the same exact treatment. Fuck her.

I see. Another judge, jury and executioner in our midst who believes trespassing should be a capital offense, without trial, if they voted the wrong way. Sure thing, Augusto.

It wasn't "trespassing." It was an organized and violent mob that descended on our seat of government at the time of transfer of power in an attempt to overthrow the duly elected government of the United States.
Ask Mike Pence. Or better yet, wait until he takes the stand and sends your bitch leader to prison for his treason.
Just like that guy in Utah. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Threaten the president with a firearm and you're gonna get your door kicked in. Don't threaten the president with a gun, feel free to go about your bidness.

If it had been Hillary Clinton demanding 'something be done' about an election Trump had won and a mob of people she invited to Washington had forced their way into the Capitol how many of his supporters would say 'oh look it was just trespassing. move along nothing to see here'
The nutjob in Utah absolutely deserved to be served with warrants and be investigated for making specific public threats to public officials. I generally oppose 'red flag' laws but there are situations that demand attention. Hope to see some video of the incident so we know whether the outcome was justified
