I remember seeing something similar to that in "Faces of Death" back in the 80's. It was sickening. I later found out that most of the scenes were faked, but I didn't know that at the time.

Chilled Monkey brains were available in Nam along with fish heads and rice. Couple Nam vets back in the day used to joke about seeing both to gross you out. Girls over there used to like eating the eyes out of the fish heads after digging them out with chop sticks.
