Dried up Eccie and BP

Why is Shreveport's BP and Eccie always so dried up compared to Longview and Tyler? They are always booming and Shreveport is bigger than both of them combined. Can't hardly find anybody here!

I actually know a few providers that traveled to Tyler Tx, and they spoke about it being a dead zone. hmmmm time to do some researching!!

I've been told many times its just not worth the trip for traveling providers here.
