My opinion (mine alone) PSE does not necessarily mean greek and GFE does not necessarily mean no greek. Greek is either an additional charge to any date, not offered or included with every date.

I think this question can be answered in many, many ways and differently for every person. Personally, I never had a girlfriend who did greek or CIM so "GFE" would not necessarily include this but does not preclude this either. But, since girlfriends don't usually do CBJs, then a CBJ would probably detract from a GFE. If there's no kissing, there is no GFE. Your girlfriend will kiss you and do BBBJ. If the provider won't, she's not a true GFE. However, I think it's more about the actual session, the energy, stamina and action that truly defines a GFE or PSE.

A GFE, to me, is more about an actual connection (or at least a perceived/fabricated connection) between the two parties involved. It's more sensual, perhaps romantic, maybe slower paced with lots of kissing, touching and cuddling. With or without greek and CIM I'd still consider it a GFE.
