I have been trying to obtain provider status for over a month. i have sent pm's to the mods in my city for posting an add or special but no one has answered me.
I sent e-mails as instructed by this link:

I haven't received confirmation that they have received any of the e-mails or if there was something wrong with my submissions.
ALL of my reviews were on ASPD.net and that site is no longer available to reference. The only other place to find my reviews is on

If someone could help me out that would be great.
