Slow to browse showcase pics w/ AT&T as ISP
I just switched over to AT&T's Internet 100 (fiber). The problem is despite getting fantastic results from speedtest.net, browsing through Eccie provider profile pictures is deathly slow. It takes tens of seconds, maybe a minute to flip between pictures. This is really frustrating!
This problem appears to only manifest itself when I connect through my AT&T service. If I switch back to Comcast or tether the same computer to my mobile phone then the problem isn't there.
Is anybody aware of AT&T throttling service speed/throughput to the Eccie website IP address?
Has anybody else experienced this slow browsing through profile pictures when using AT&T as their ISP?
