So, cops can use their computer while driving, communicate on their police radio, talk on their cell phone, and write while talking yet the rest of us can't. Yet, anyone can be a cop unless one scores too high on their test. If you score too high, one can't be a cop but if one is stupid, one can be a cop. Yet, they can talk while they drive. Strange....
