She did not give a name, they are assigned doors / rooms at this location and that is how you ask and request them. If you call, they will tell you that you will be in door 3 or 4 or 1 and that is who you request when you make an appt. That is why I explained that in the review. If that is their process, I cannot change that - her “ name” is door 1. I am pretty sure this is done for the Malay language barriers as most are foreigners that frequent this place. Any one reading this and goes will be able to request or avoid door #1 , same is if they were to assign some generic English name like other places do.
