I am in the process of looking for a apartment in Lincoln and would like to know your thoughts. When you meet up with a provider do you prefer her being in a hotel or a private place, does location matter?

If anyone knows of a good place to rent a apartment in Lincoln, please PM me.

Location does not matter to me that much. But I would wonder if you would not draw attention to yourself such that someone would notice and bring it to Larry's or the Landlord's attention.

It would be interesting to hear from those that have hosted from their residence how well this works.

As for location, are you looking for an apartment to live or would this just be for hosting?

If it is for hosting, I might recommend some of the apartment buildings with efficiency apartments near the Capitol building. The buildings are well maintained. They generally have a call in security which ties to your cell phone. Renters would probably not be in their apartments as much as some of the more "full service" apartment complexes that offer pools and guesthouses and hope renters are long term.

If this is your primary residence then the area that I suggested is not that convenient for day to day items that you need.

One of my favorite ladies in Denver has both her private place and a "business place." The private place has the added advantage of a garage entry via the alley, so when I call on her, she opens the garage door and in I drive and park, behind closed doors. Very private and very discrete.

The other place is an apt. in DTC that is just for business and as such the parking is outside in the apt. lot. Still nice, but I really like the private place. She still uses both, but the private location is only upon request and for "old friends," so I am guessing that as business grew using her own place seemed less desirable - but there are also other providers in the Tech Center area that she doubles with, so that also was a factor.

For locals, parking in the hotel parking lot and in many cases having to being major hallways does raise the level of concern a degree or two. But when I'm headed for the promised land, little distracts me too much. :>)

As a married gent who works in customer service and is fairly well recognized around town, I prefer something somewhat private. I would never go one if the casino hotels, for example, just because the odds are too great of running into someone that knows me.

That said, if the want and desire is great enough, I and most men would go just about anywhere. Keep us posted. I am new to this site, but have dabbled in the hobby for many moons. My opportunities are few and far between, unfortunately. I am squirreling away dollars and hope to have you break my eccie cherry in the not too distant future.

I've seen a couple providers who keep apartments just for entertaining clients. Both try to restrict their activities to daytime hours when there are fewer people around to notice the in and out traffic as well as the usual noises made by consenting adults at play. I appreciate not having to do the walk of shame through the hotel lobby.

I usually get hotels with private entrances or ones that are real big and have lots of traffic. Gotta keep the boys safe. lol

Probably a little late to chime in, but I see a lady with some regularity who keeps a private apartment and I find the arrangement very secure and comfortable.

The hotels that I frequent are starting to feel a little weird, since the desk clerks have started giving me the head check, like "Back again, bro?"

I think the tellers at my bank are starting to wonder too... lol!

Anyway, another vote for a private apartment.

I love the back porch at the end of the day. Bent over the handrail watching the beauty of the sun going down, while enjoying the slow movements of your manhood rock me.
