AMP in LBK TGTBT???

I hope someone was wrong about there never being an AMP in Lubbock. Time will tell if they are able to stay open and operate in Lubbock.

I went by there this morning no signs were up but there was some type of oriental statue in the corner of the entry. Its off the beaten path east of Ave Q.

if it is a nice place everyone needs to keep quite about it. we have too many LE's on here that see everyones post

The pictures are absolutely fake so don't count on seeing them there. The location has been for lease for quite some time and it's not a great area. I know who the building owner is and the leasing company. The business is going to be legit. That does not mean that there may not be possibilities.

However, it is across the street from a public park with baseball diamonds and a childcare center is diagonally across the street. So if there are extras and you get busted there, the charges will be enhanced because of the proximity to the childcare center.

If you notice the high weeds, that childcare center has been closed for several months.

Yes but it has not changed the zoning nor the felony charges if you get caught in there. I did verify that BEFORE I made the comment.

Wouldn't the provider have to be undercover LE to get arrested? You can't be arrested for just being in the place, or can you?

You're asking the same question another member and I have been discussing. I would think if you were caught in the act of participating in an illegal act you could be in cuffs and off to lock up.

I have been to this LBK AMP, and the attendants are attractive. Hope it stays open for awhile.

went by there this afternoon. there was LPD parked across the intersection where the school is. ran soe errands and came back by--LE still there. this is not good. was sure hoping they could stay UTR but this is just too tempting for the Lubbock cops

LPD could simply raid the place due to complaints from "concerned" citizens and catch you in the act. Doesn't have to be undercover inside the establishment.
