Talking Iny Light of the Paris Attack . . .

I'm waiting to see how long it takes for the RWNJs to start bitching and whining about why the NSA, CIA, FBI, DIA, whoever else is NOT "monitoring" internet and telecommunication traffic in the U.S. With or without a FISA warrant!

They're fun. But I'm just concerned about my safety as well as my American brethren and sistren.

Since this is just talk, I wouldn't mind to find out who the righties are on here... Can I classify you as a SWJ then? Since you seem to be on the opposite pole.

The world really can't be readily divided into neat right and left mentalities... somewhere in the middle is where it works. History has proven that.

I call myself a moderate, actually. I even defended Bush a few times. I liked John McCain until he changed course and marched to the party line! Then Sarah Palin came along . . .

I can tell you this. Just by reading comments here on ECCIE or in verbal conversation I can usually tell a person who they voted for in the last general election. Trump, Romney and McCain supporters are easy as hell. Just from personality. No shit! And I don't need to be talking about politics to pick them out. A one line comment on a review is enough sometimes.

Ok then.

Bush - Gore - who did I vote for?

Bush - Kerry - who did I vote for?

Did I vote in the Democrat or Republican Primary in 2008? Did I vote for that candidate again in the general? (I will help you out, the candidate I voted for in the Primary did go on to secure his party's nomination)

This should be fun. I predict you will get only one question correct.

Do you call yourself a moderate Republican or Democrat? I am Independent, I can vote for whomever I want not one of the sheep. You can read my past post and I don't think you will be anywhere in the ball park ask to who I have or have not voted for. Most of the time I have had to vote for the less dangerous candidate or the least crazy. I am not sure if you are saying that you did or did not get excited by Sarah Palin. Please answer that one for me.

You do have to be a little crazy to go out spouting off views of one side or the other. And you need to be bat shit crazy to want to be running things. I am just hoping the bat shit crazy people just appear that way and really know what the fuck they're doing.

I'm on neither side. I'm truly independent. But I have to say the democrats are fucking in the deep end based on a lot of their views. The republicans are a bit fucked up with their fucking lame Christian values. but that's what makes up their base and they can't alienate them.

But for the most part, the republicans/conservatives hold values closer to what I believe in. I want limited government, strong military, and less social welfare.

What exactly do you mean we all started off socialists?

You say moderate like it is a badge of distinction. It isn't. Apparently you can't take a stand on many things or you risk losing your title of moderate. Somethings and some actions are necessary so that means taking a stand. I know that you can't take the idea of some thing being worth that but that is where I came from. I'm curious about one stupid thing you wrote, Sarah Palin? Why did you bring her up? Mommy issues? Wonder what she did to you?

By the way, liberals usually (but not always) call themselves moderates because they are embarassed by the name (and for good reason) liberal. So I have your number Dumars.

Back to the original post. I hate conspiracy theories, but we knew something big was coming.

Anyone else notice Lake City went to 24 hour production a few weeks before the Paris Attack.

I predict we will draw this "war" out as long as possible to make as much money for the MIC as possible.

Yes, easy to see your disdain for conspiracy theories!

I say moderate for the reason I gave. Although, I do tend to lean more to the liberal side than conservative. Unlike you I don't follow a line or path. I go where my conscience dictates, left or right. Or, I am my own man capable of my own thoughts. Try it, you might like it. Then again, maybe not, you republicans like to be told what to think without knowing or caring why. After all, once you believe only what you want to believe, you quit thinking!

Sarah Palin was on Seth Meyers last night. Didn't put her foot in her mouth once. Shocking!

How's those birther, IRS and Benghazi "scandals" working anyway? Now republicans are trying to create another "scandal" from CENTCOM intel reports underreporting IS capabilities.

Haven't seen Ran Paul on TV in a while telling us how the US economy is going to collapse 'cause "our government has made a series of disastrous monetary decisions", so save yourself gullible RWNJs, send Ran Paul your money!

There are times I get pissed off because I pay taxes towards public schools.

This is one of those times.

Benghazi event troublesome. The isis fight is looking pretty stupid on our end. The Libya fiasco? Not everything is a republican hunt. The latest about the Intel is not partisan. Get your facts straight. May be you should just call yourself a democrat. You seem to be eating up all their shit.

You think the republicans are the only ones fed up with Obama's failed Isis strategy? Think again.

The birthed movement originated with Hillary. You can't deny the IRS scandal happening, just how high up it went. Four Americans died, orders were given to stand down, and nothing was done by the White House. Yes, that's a scandal. The New York Times broke the intelligence story.

Who is Ran Paul?
