Yes, they come in different size. But not all of us are hung like horses. Having trouble finding ones that fits. How tight should they be to be affective. I bought a 3 pack at Sasahs Secret that looked like they should work. Just like some of the OTC performance enhancers one gets they sometimes seem to help and other times seem to do nothing.

I have one client that doesn’t fit any of the standard sizes, they’re all either too small or too big. So I take one of my covered ponytail holders and can twist it around once or twice until it fits just right. It should feel tight, but not tight enough to make the penis numb!
