A snifter of cognac and a nice cigar really finish off an evening. As for rum, I enjoy a couple fingers of a good sipping rum. One I like is Mount Gay Extra Old.

JAG, u sound like the kinda guy that likes to puff on an old pipe? Have you ever tried it? I like cherryblend, myself. Now, I'm not talkn bout a crack pipe. I know there are those that will take this that way, but I'm referring to just the old timey smokers pipe. I've always loved the smell of an old man's pipe. So, I tried it. Not an expensive hobby either.

funny how these threads chnage from the original to something completely different. We have a hard time staying on subjecy here. Oh well at least most of the time it is entertaining, fun and educational.
Speaking of Rum, before I found CM Cannon BLast, my favorite was Trader Vic's Vanilla Spiced Rum, then they stopped carrying it and stopped producing it I guess. I could only get it in Pensacola, I tried to get it ordered as it was listed in the catalog, but no go. I contacted the company and they never replied. Windsor Canadian is my ATF whiskey. I like a lot of bourbouns, but don't care for Jack.
