Was I the bad guy?
I set up an appointment with a back page lady I had seen before. Last time I saw her my car almost got towed because her complex parking is not marked very well. So I figured this time I'll make sure I park in a spot marked visitor.
But when I got there I couldn't find any visitor parking. There is only a small section for visitors and it was full. I drove around for 15 minutes hoping someone would leave. No luck. She kept calling me saying just park in the back. I politely explained that my car almost got towed last time and I only want to park in the correct spot. Then she told me to go park at a nearby gas station and walk back. I said no. She started getting mad so I said sorry but the mood is kind of ruined so I'm going to leave. She started yelling and cussing and said don't ever call me again!
Am I the bad guy here?

If you want some pussy then you have to park or go home, you too high maintenance that you are arguing with a hooker over a parking space. You obviously didn't want the putang that much.

So, risk getting the car towed and having to explain why or get some pussy?
That's an extra cost on the whole experience...
I don't currently have an SO and understand why he had a problem with it.

You weren't the bad or the high maintenance. Just smart. Used to be an investor in a Dallas towing biz. They make their living off of what you experienced the first time round(contracts with apartment owners). Park in the shit marked fire zone, get towed. Park in a shit marked resident or visitor space, get towed. B,C, and D apartments in DFW area make a good living off the kickbacks the towers give. And so does the Walmart next to Jerry World as he lands on his friggin helipad with his lil girl friend. Don't even think about parking there(Walmart that is;you cant really get up to his heli pad) during a fringing game. They(Walmart) even towed Dale Hansen during a Cowboy game last year.Of course they did not know it was him until the Channel 8 sportscast he gave after the game. lol

Keep in mind parking lots are NOT public property. Especially store parking lots. Most have signs up that clearly state parking is for their customers. Even if they don't, they can and will tow you at will if your not using their store. You did exactly the right thing and most likely avoided a large bill and having to recover your car. If your at an apartment complex and concerned you may get towed, snap a shot of you r car in a clearly marked visitor parking spot. Plenty of lawyers will be happy to sue the complex for having you towed

That has to be the most ignorant statement you have ever made.
OP, nothing wrong with that. If you already had an issue and her place didn't allow for parking safely then you leave.
Now you would be a fool if you scheduled again.

Tell the hooger to come down and move her car behind the building and park in her spot. If her car gets towed you can smile as you drive away.

Not every time. You knew the score when you made the appointment with the provider. You knew there was a parking issue, did you hope the parking fairy waved her wand? Yet, you still did it. Yep, that was dumb.
