Trump single handed put Pa back in the blue.
Anyone think republicans will now toss donnieboy out in his ass after propping up two asshole opponents that lost.
With the economy and Biden’s popularity so low how did there not be a red wave.
More like a squirt

It's a conspiracy!
It's voter fraud!
It's because of no voter ID!
It's because most Pennsylvanians don't buy election denial or anti-choice politicians.
Had the supreme court not overturned Roe, the impact and results would have been far bigger.
But yeah..a squirt or a dribble outside of a few states.

There's still votes to be counted. There's probably another GA runoff. We'll need to see how the other races pan out.
Right now Trump's getting dragged hard. McConnell was right about candidate quality in the general because this should have turned out very differently.
Even Newt sees the writing on the wall and has pointed to DeSantis as the rallying point for the future pivot.
But, as with all things let's give it some time to play out instead of assuming the initial hot takes have legs.

Agreed, the great divider has become a liability to winning races in states that wouldn't have likely already voted Red. Ppl are tired of the drama. Ppl like Kari Lake are just a new version of Martha Blackburn and tied their wagon to Trump at any cost. Her mock of the Fake News Media madness will likely be her undoing. Moral of her story-Never bite the hand that feeds ya.

Does candidate quality matter these days?
Hard to look at Brain Damaged Fetterman and tell yourself that candidate quality matters. Looks like it's nothing but team play now and relying on the vote by mail scheme

Strawman.
McCormick would have handily beaten Fetterman while also defusing some of the Roe issues. There wouldn't have been any claims of carpet bagging. The primary voters chose poorly for the general.
Mastriano was a similarly poor choice for the general and had no coat tails to hold onto.
Trump definitely led the party astray here, and even he had no coat tails to hold onto because he came in to campaign for himself instead of the candidates.

It does matter and the people of Pennsylvania voted against the low-life scambags.

Not a strawman - no rational person can look at Brain Damaged Fetterman and tell anyone that candidate quality matters (at least on the left)
And for the record, I preferred McCormick in the primary. Would he have won yesterday, no evidence of that as that at all. It is clear the left relies on a well-established Democrat machine that will harvest hordes of votes via a ripe for fraud mail in vote scheme during "Election Month." So assuming McCormick would have won is fools play

The exit polling that validated the carpet bagger argument as having stuck was pretty damning. It also showed an equal split as far as which side had the more extreme policies when Oz barely ran on policies and got heavily tied to the Roe backlash.
Ignore that, as is tradition. You have your conclusion, so go forth until you find whatever flimsy support you need to rationalize it. Oz ran a hard race. He made mistakes. But he also conceded like a man when it was time, with respect and dignity and called for unity.

I've been warning the Cult 45 members that they were damaging the republican party, but none of them wanted to hear it. Some of them still don't apparently, even though Cult 45 candidates have lost more elections than they've won. Yesterday should have been a red tidal wave, with inflation, gas prices, the war in Ukraine, etc., but Cult 45 ensured that it didn't happen. Smarten up or it and drop the cult mentality, or will be your demise.

Agreed! If he stays in, it’s for nothing more than to destroy the GOP. Needs to go away.

Nothing makes me happier than seeing post-January 6 trump loyalty destroy the Republican party, which they all deserve for making him their cult leader to begin with.
The "quality" of their candidates is grotesque. Mastriano? Fuck that Nazi. Dr. Oz? My favorite was him showing up at various football tailgates trying to present himself as a "real Pennsylvanian" (I've seen video of him being booed out of one at Heinz Field) Lololol. Herschel fucking Walker?? Are you fucking kidding me? Talk about brain damage.
Ahhh, keep it up GOP. Follow your cult leader right off thr fucking cliff....
