there the matter of AZ's sharpiegate.
apparently maricopa election officials told voters they can use sharpies to mark ballots and that it wont affect the count. they gave voters very thin paper that bled thru when marked. this allowed for high rejection rates.
slick move on their part to manipulate the results. this is election fraud.
eye suspect thats why they're not co-operating.
and theres also the matter of ballot manufacturing accounts by a number of witnesses.

If true, that sound pretty tangible to me. And if true, you'd think Democrats would want to know too. Or is power more important than legitimacy?

Investigated and proven false.
Fact check: Arizona early votes falsely cited as evidence of voter fraud
"We have 74,243 mail-in ballots where there is no clear record of them being sent," Doug Logan, CEO of Cyber Ninjas, said during the briefing.
The exact origin of Logan's 74,243 figure is unclear.
"Without knowing exactly what data the Senate contractors are using and how they're interpreting it, we can't know for sure where they came up with 74,000," Jason Berry, a communications manager for Maricopa County, told USA TODAY in an email.
However, Logan – as well as the social media posts parroting his claims – appear to have erroneously conflated mail-in ballots with all early votes, which in Maricopa County include ballots cast by mail and in person. Of course, early votes cast in person wouldn't involve anything being mailed.
"In Maricopa County, we allow people to vote early in two ways: 1) by mail and 2) in-person at Vote Centers. These are all considered early votes," the county wrote. "The people who vote in-person use ballots provided at a Vote Center. This is not a new practice, so it's not unusual that we would have more early votes than mail-in ballots sent."
Maricopa County also said the types of files Logan cited during the briefing aren't the correct documents for determining how many early ballots were sent and received. In a follow-up tweet, the county wrote that, of 2,364,426 requests for mail-in ballots, 1,918,024 were returned.

Damage done: Audit leader’s testimony sets off nationwide wave of misinformation
Doug Logan, the leader of Senate President Karen Fann’s audit team and the CEO of the Florida-based cyber security company Cyber Ninjas, testified at a briefing in the Arizona Senate last week that his analysis found 74,243 early ballots were counted despite no evidence that they were ever mailed to voters. He also claimed to have found more than 11,000 ballots cast by people who weren’t listed as being registered to vote at the time of the election, and nearly 4,000 ballots cast by people who registered after the deadline to vote in the November election.
Logan never said the 74,000 votes were illegally cast or improperly counted. He said he didn’t know for sure. Numerous media outlets, including the Arizona Mirror, investigated the claim in the days after the hearing and found that there was nothing suspicious about the ballots at all.
According to Maricopa County, 2,364,426 early ballots were requested for the general election and 1,918,024 were returned. The county said Logan appears to have based his number on a type of report that shows daily requests for early ballots, but which didn’t include the last 10 days before the election, omitting around 74,000 ballots that were requested at in-person early voting centers rather than by mail.

FACT FOCUS: A false narrative of 74K extra votes in Arizona
CLAIM: Arizona’s largest county in the 2020 election received and counted 74,000 mail-in ballots that had no record of ever being sent out to voters.
THE FACTS: False. The claim mischaracterizes reports that are intended to help political parties track early voters for their get-out-the-vote efforts, not tally mail-in ballots through Election Day. The reports don’t represent all mail-in ballots sent out and received, so the numbers aren’t expected to match up, according to Maricopa County officials and outside experts.
I do agree with you on one point -- if there was voter fraud in the Arizona election, or any other election, I want to know about it. The fact is that your claim of voter fraud has been debunked, just as has every other claim made thus far of voter fraud in the 2020 election.

Yet another claim of voter fraud that can't be proven.
Claim that Sharpie pens ruin Arizona ballots misses the mark
In what’s come to be known as #Sharpiegate, social media posts suggest that election officials in Maricopa County provided voters with Sharpie pens, which interfered with ballots being recorded, specifically those for President Donald Trump.
Arizona election officials say that voting with a Sharpie would have no impact on the votes being recorded by tabulation machines, and if there was an issue, there is a process that would keep the ballots from being canceled out.
THE FACTS: As Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden was declared the winner of the presidential vote in Arizona, social media posts circulated falsely suggesting that votes for Trump were canceled because people were told to use Sharpies to fill out their ballots.
Arizona election officials confirmed that Sharpies were used in voting, but they said that would not invalidate a ballot. The Maricopa County Elections Department tweeted on Election Day that voting centers use Sharpies so that ink does not smudge when ballots are counted.
“New offset columns on the ballots means bleed through won’t impact your vote!” they tweeted in an informational video.
One video with more than 821,000 views showed a woman speaking about how four different polling places were using Sharpies and a man asks her if “those ballots are not being counted” and “are invalid.”
“They are invalidating votes is what they are doing,” the man says. He went on to suggest voters use a ballpoint pen instead.
“People are coming here to vote for Donald Trump, and all those votes are getting invalidated,” he says in the video.
Sophia Solis, public information officer for the Arizona Secretary of State, said in an email that votes would not be canceled if there was an issue with the ballot.
“If a voter’s ballot is listed as canceled, it usually means the voter made an additional ballot request if they needed to have their original ballot replaced,” Solis said. “Depending on when they returned their replacement ballot, that ballot is most likely still being processed by the county.”

well those are election officials claim and those claims are "suspect". why add ballots that have very thin paper and a sharpie that bleeds thru paper to boot in the election process. there is no good reason to use this type in the balloting. they say it won't affect counting. I don't believe them.
this is from the above post i made the other day.
Maricopa County *deliberately* handed out over 168,000 *on-demand, election day* ballots that were on non-official, unsecure paper with alignment errors greater than 3000%.
What does that mean? Let’s break it down:
First, many of us including then-President Trump were urging people to vote on election day to prevent our ballots being intentionally lost or destroyed. This was also done to deny the cheaters a headstart in knowing how much fraud they had to produce to steal the Election.
The fraudulent, error filled ballots were designed to do two things:- Because of alignment errors, a legitimate vote for Trump would be scanned as a vote for Biden
- Because Maricopa County told people to use & handed out sharpies & because the paper wasn’t thick enough, the sharpie bled through. This invalidated the ballot & it had to be duplicated. And these duplicates were nearly 100% cast for Biden.
This is especially egregious because the vast majority of all election day voters were Trump voters.
This was a planned fraud effort to *systematically* steal/invalidate election day votes from Donald Trump & down ballot candidates in Maricopa County. 168k ballots with calibration & bleed-through issues
-Printed off center on thin paper
-More Trump voters election day
-Previously DONT use sharpies
-Early voters DONT use sharpies
-Election Day USE sharpies
-Adjudication rate 11.27%
-Normal adjudication 2%
-Adjudicated ballots duplicated
-Duplicates missing serial numbers
-Duplicates not paired with originals
-What was original voters intent?
What possible excuse is there for printing ballots on thinner paper?
Why would election officials tell early voters to use pens and election day voters to use sharpies?
How much did thin paper and sharpies contribute to the more than 550% increase in adjudicated ballots?
Why are thousands of duplicated ballots missing serial numbers?
There is no excuse.

The proper name for this one is SharpieGate 2.0. SharpieGate 1 was when Trump tried to redirect a hurricane with a sharpie marker. That didn't work out so well for him, like most things.

There might be no excuse but there is no evidence that printing ballots on thinner paper or using sharpies benefitted one candidate or the other.

Pennsylvania was a Trump blowout. Not sure if I’ve actually met a bidet voter, although surely there’s a few. When stuck in traffic on the parkway and look over noticing someone alone in their car wearing a face diaper, I automatically assume they’re a bidet supporter.

Yeah...Trump was blown out of office........ No evidence that 2020 vote results in Pa., where Trump lost, were ‘impossible’
If Your Time is short
- The counting of mail ballots, and the way it eroded Trump’s early advantage, was the expected result of Pennsylvania’s election rules — not fraud.
A blog post that argues for an audit of the 2020 presidential election in the swing state of Pennsylvania claims results there "show a statistically impossible pattern," and accuses election officials of deciding to "manufacture" votes for Joe Biden.
The post, widely shared on Facebook, was flagged as part of Facebook’s efforts to combat false news and misinformation on its News Feed. (Read more about our partnership with Facebook.)
The blog post appears on DJHJ Media, a website that describes itself as "an opinion and commentary source for conservatives." The letters stand for David J. Harris Jr., a supporter of former President Donald Trump, who lost to Biden.
The article attempts to raise suspicion by recalling that Trump initially led in Pennsylvania’s election night vote tallies. It also casts doubt on Biden’s share of the absentee ballot haul, stating, "Biden took 80% of the absentee ballots. That seems quite unbelievably high, bordering on the impossible."
Numerous claims of fraud in Pennsylvania were made by Trump and others, without evidence. In fact, the gains that Biden made during the standard counting of mail ballots after Election Day were expected, as detailed in our past fact-checking.
On election night, Trump appeared to have a strong "lead" in Pennsylvania, but in the days after, as more mail ballots were processed and counted, Biden pulled ahead and ultimately won by more than 80,000 votes, or about 1%. The counting of mail ballots, and the way it eroded Trump’s early advantage, was the expected result of Pennsylvania’s election rules — not fraud. The counting process took longer than in other states because elections officials were prohibited from starting their work before Election Day.
Most of the votes counted on Election Day were cast in person, and two-thirds of them were for Trump. Trump had spent months falsely attacking mail voting as susceptible to widespread fraud, which discouraged his supporters from using the method. Biden and Democrats encouraged their supporters to vote by mail, and in the end, Biden won more than three-quarters of Pennsylvania’s mail ballots.
Trump’s lawyers asked a federal judge to invalidate Pennsylvania’s election results, vowing to present proof of widespread voter fraud — but they never did. And Trump’s challenge didn’t apply to enough votes to alter the result.
The Philadelphia Inquirer reported June 4 that Republican leaders of the Pennsylvania General Assembly face growing pressure, including from Trump, to audit the election. But the GOP lawmaker who heads a committee that held 10 hearings on the state’s election system said the state House would not authorize such an audit.
Trump had a "lead" in the early vote tallies because the counting of mail ballots, per Pennsylvania election rules, took longer than ballots cast at the polls, and it was expected that Biden would make gains through the mail vote. No evidence of fraud has been established

If there was no fraud, the audits should be welcomed because they will PROVE Biden won and shut up the opposition. The only reason to not want them is because the Left Knows the fraud that will be exposed.
If you didn't do anything wrong, you have nothing to hide, Kamerad.
