Does the attorney general really believe this?
Mr. Barr is right that politics today makes too little room for compromise. But the idea that the right is the aggrieved party and only the left is guilty in this decline is almost laughable. It was then-Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) who declared in 2010 that “the single most important thing we want to achieve is for President Obama to be a one-term president.” It was Mr. McConnell and the Republicans who refused even to consider Mr. Obama’s nomination of the well-qualified Judge Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court.

Long-awaited inspector general report on FBI’s Russia investigation set to be made public
The report, which spans hundreds of pages, is expected to conclude that the top FBI officials running the Russia investigation were not tainted by political bias and that they had adequate cause to open a probe ahead of the 2016 election, according to people familiar with drafts of the document.

And Still no answer
3 questions the LSM has forgot about ?
1) IF there was a Quid pro quo was that illegal ?
2) Why are all the "witnesses " (3 hand opinions) disgruntled employees or fired ?
3) Hunters dealings ?
That's the whole base of the investigation
Funny how simple question are to difficult for the Distortion of fact fairy tales

Overall, the report found no evidence that the FBI and Justice Department acted with political bias in the broad frame of the Russia investigation, but investigators discovered 17 significant errors and omissions in the application for surveillance on Carter Page, the adviser to Trump's 2016 campaign.

The inspector general report just blew up Trump’s lies. So Barr is rushing to the rescue.
Perhaps this is why Attorney General William P. Barr, who has been himself working to invalidate that investigation, rushed to Trump’s rescue. He released a statement that said this:
The Inspector General’s report now makes clear that the FBI launched an intrusive investigation of a U.S. presidential campaign on the thinnest of suspicions that, in my view, were insufficient to justify the steps taken.
But that’s not at all what the IG’s report makes clear.

Trump’s piss boy is likely to be serving time like, Cohen, Manafort, Gates, and Stone before this trump reign of terror is over.

i wonder .. do you two realize that this means there never should have been an investigation by Mueller? that Trump firing Comey the liar wasn't obstruction?
by the way .. the game ain't over yet ..
"Horowitz's inquiry is not the final word on the Russia investigation. The U.S. attorney for Connecticut, John Durham, was brought in by Barr earlier this year to examine the origins of the investigation, including the actions of U.S. and foreign intelligence services.
Durham issued a rare statement of his own on Monday suggesting that he was reaching different conclusions from Horowitz.
"Based on the evidence collected to date, and while our investigation is ongoing, last month we advised the inspector general that we do not agree with some of the report's conclusions as to predication and how the FBI case was opened," he said."

I read it. The article. Why do you keep thinking you know what I'm thinking? I posted it just to exchange public information you dickhead. I quickly surmised the FBI had issues in the Carter Page investigation. I moved on to continue watching C-SPAN. I didn't analyze it right then and there. I'll try to finish reading the report tonight. The surveillance was justified.

Horseshit, the investigation was valid and not a fucking thing that piss boy Barr spews is trustworthy.
by the way .. the game ain't over yet ..
This ain’t a game boy, it’s the fifth round of a fifteen round championship fight and the fat lying bastard is cut above both eyes.

How many cover ups can Barr participate in before he’s exposed as a goddamn liar ? The FBI personal probably see him for what he is

jaxx, you really should read carefully.
the carter page warrant was valid according to ag horowitz. the problem is with the 2nd, 3rd & 4th warrants. those had problems and are not valid.
as usual, I'm not surprised that Horowitz soft pedaled what the fbi did on those warrants.
kind a low down version of "i see nuthin"
