Well, that too. I watched Carlson from time to time when he was on Fox and CNN. I agree with part of what he says. I disagree with part, like his paranoia about China, but believe what he says is heartfelt. And then there are things he says only because he thinks they will appeal to his audience and sell commercials. One example is his rant about how any viewer who sees a child with a mask should call the police and report the parents for child abuse. Also, based on his texts that came out in defamation lawsuits, he doesn't believe many of his allegations about election fraud.
Tucker has been badly wrong on occasion. He was one of the chief cheerleaders for invading Iraq back in the early 2000's. On the other hand, some give him credit for avoiding a war with Iran, through his influence on Trump.

Interesting thought. He'd have a bigger potential viewership. Apparently he did actually grab a lot of Democrats. From February of 2022,
