At some point, it will become a matter of money for EVERYBODY. Even the left realizes if there is no economic activity, there is no sales tax or income tax to collect. At that point, with what do you pay benefits?

De Blasio said that in Mid-March, but yes, he looked very bad saying that.. embarrassingly so. it really is about money, I would say, come next month. I applaud the 6.2 trillion stimulus plan, but it is supposed to cover 10 weeks.. I watched Trump's Press Conference today, and I felt a little uncomfortable agreeing with him, when he said this can't just go on and on, we need to get back to work.

Guys who do not watch their diet can be skinny but rarely lean and strong. I have rarely met a truly fit person who just eats whatever they want when they are hungry, though a few may be able to get away with it.

Virtually every professional athlete or Olympian either counts every calorie and all their exercise/training or has it done for them.

When I was a somewhat competitive runner, up until my mid-40s, I ate whatever I wanted. Ran everything from the 100 meters to the marathon. 2 hours 53 minutes 51 seconds best in the marathon. 51 seconds in the 400 meters. Back then I was 5'9", 150 pounds, with 10% body fat. Definitely lean and strong.

As I've aged I find it difficult to keep the weight down. Now weigh about 185 but hit the weights much more heavily than I did when I weighed 150 (540 pounds on the linear leg press machine). I think 170 would be the ideal weight for me right now. I do watch what I eat but I am not on a diet of any kind. I like food. I have a friend on a plant-based diet and to me that is not living. It all depends on what your goals are.

Michael Phelps used to eat uo to 12,000 calories a day. No calorie counting there.
