Most providers and hobbyists don't frequent the forums outside of the ads, the reviews, and the alerts. Therefore, I would imagine that Dorthy isn't all that well-known outside of the smaller circles of discussion.

Like I said, you did not think this through, in order to read ROS and private comments, you would need premium access. Forging reviews, buying access seems like a lot of extra work and doesn't seem too likely.
