There are several type of males on this board.
True gentlemen are just that. Respectful at all times unless, per your request and assent, they are otherwise in the bedroom. I'd apply this label to maybe half the male members here, and most of them are somewhat silent on the board. They do their research; they have fun, and they usually add to the data base.
Other males can be categorized as "contributors" or "haters" and pretty obvious to tell which are which.

btw, I am one of those males who does instruct ladies to a certain degree:
Ladies, you should have two rules; 1) you make the rules & 2) you make sure the gents know what your rules are.
As for business --
== rates (** see below) & otherwise, my suggestion, but only when asked for it, is that ladies should charge whatever they think they should charge. Barring a very short round of introductory rates, anything "extra" should be in time offered, not dollars charged. e.g., Make your special 90 minutes for the price of a one hour session. (Many guys cannot last the 90 minutes, much less the 60.)
== ladies, most of the gents are here to have fun; try to choose them wisely! You need to do the same, have fun, because otherwise the guys will figure that out

Additionally, on the business rates side, every lady here should have a weekly/monthly budget both time and dollar that allows her to make a good living and allows her to put aside something like half of what she earns so she can retire when it is time to do so.
Now, I know many will argue about the above, so let me state I am no expert, but I do absolutely know more than a handful of ladies with that financial planning and I do absolutely know a handful who have retired with more than $500K in net worth; cash, real property, financial instruments, etc. One of whom expatriated to a much lower tax haven not far offshore and runs a very tidy real estate business there.
