I'm imagining, based upon the replies, that there's a large enough submarket for this type of female body type that she can make a sustainable income hooking, but this is far from the commonly held ideal.

I'd speculate that this is one of those cases in which physical appearance and athleticism takes a back seat to something else. Although I should acknowledge sometimes overweight individuals can be surprisingly agile? Not really sure.
