When politicians invoke god, I think they should specify which one of these" higher beings" they are referring to. There's quite a number of them and they all have different stories, so it gets a bit confusing. If the politician wanted to invoke the native indian god he'd be in a bit of a bind because, of course, he ( or she) is nameless.

I noticed you didn't mention anything about the new info about the failed belief that relationships were normalized in the region and no additional security was required. And now e-mails were leaked about just what was known hours after the attack started. Doove, Jack and any other liberals out there have any concerns over these new facts? And don't give me this we need to finish the investigation BS. They know every single fact that there is by now. It happened 6 weeks ago. It's either a cover up or incompetence. Either way, it should concern every American out there no matter what your political affiliation is.

The only new facts are that emails were released. Emails of very preliminary (meaning same day) intelligence regarding what was going on. Those emails, as is often the case with very preliminary (meaning same day) intelligence, were ultimately not accurate. So if they would have based any comments on those emails, they would have been saying things that were based on falsehoods. And, of course, Rush Limbaugh would be ripping them for that.

And don't give me this we need to finish the investigation BS.

At least you'd think you could let them get passed day 1 of the investigation. But no. Not in your world.

Given that 4 people tragically died, i guess that makes me about 1/744th as concerned and outraged as i was over the cover up and/or incompetence over what was known prior to the 9/11/01 attacks.
