headline of the article said she fell .... you all make this shit up to fit your facts and select the statements of people who weren't even there .... Zimmerman/Martin all over again.

I do not think the cops always lie. As the tranny fucker IBHankering has noted, I am a "mick". From New York. That means, pretty much by definition, that I have relatives who are cops.

But have you not asked yourself why the cops cleared the room of nursing facility personnel? Because - on the off-hand chance something goes wrong - they don't want witnesses. That way they can concoct a story among themselves and not be contradicted. Like saying, for example, that the old man had a knife.

The cops aren't the only ones who do this. When videotaping the births of children became vogue among boomer parents, many hospitals banned the presence of cameras in the birthing room. They didn't want any taped evidence being provided to medical malpractice lawyers.

And this is another reason why there are so many incidents of cops getting belligerent with passersby who use cell phones to record arrests. If they have to smack some guy a little extra hard for struggling while being handcuffed - and maybe even a little bit more AFTER he is handcuffed, they don't want any cell phone videos available as evidence that they went too far and used excessive violence.

I don't think every cop is a liar, but now a days with daily videos and news coverage of egregious abusive behavior by cops it is getting harder and harder to believe them, especially when they are caught flat out lying and get away with it through the protection of their superiors and the "blue wall". People are video taping everything these days with their cell phones and othe devices and everything gets caught on tape.

I find it interesting you claim you are not a cop or former cop, but your typings on this forum lead me to believe you either are or were at some point. You seem to always take the side of the cops without question, and are more than willing to justify any bad behavior on their part.

There is no dispute that he was 95 years old, that the nursing care folks did not want the police to rough house the man.
