Nor would I. But my double link is indicative of a Department that is knowingly pushing the ''problem'' into neighboring cities. Just as D.C. attempted to do back in the day.

Remember the ''drug war''? Not only was it lost, but users are more abundant now, than ever. Fentanyl is barely spoken about. Governments are handing out joints for vaccines.
Spas are the ''outrage'' of the day. Meanwhile Studios have been replacing Spas for over a year now. Outside Dallas City limits, so the ''not in my neighborhood'' attitude wins again. ''Not in my neighborhood'' is all any of this is ultimately about.
