I understand what you are saying and I wouldn't want the fuckers coming into my house with a no knock warrant either - but I think in unusual circumstances, approved very rarely by a judge, they still have a place.

They should take a long time to document the reasons and file all their evidence with the court in advance, so if something tragic happens they will be held accountable.
