A number of reasons. Most guys don't want to be in that close of proximity to another naked male. Boundary issues to start.
Then if you ever watched a couple pornos that space gets way to close and mistakes and contact happens. Meaning you may as well be screwing with another guy.
Even if you leave the contact issues out and you just think of the who goes first issue. Most guys don't want to go down on a woman who just had another man in her. Most guys I know sure as hell don't want sloppy seconds. Sorry, if that is a little rough said.
Then lets say you we skip those issue. You got the issue of how much attention you are actually paying to the guy your attention is now divided. Maybe good for you but shite for the guys involved unless they are more into men. Yuk
