I’ve done tons of prescreening....mostly via here and p411...have exchanged phone numbers and starting to get people saved so I’m not like, who is this...and if or when they’re ready to schedule......screening is done and there is some type of conversation trail to remind me also.

She lives in another country and so does her servers. It can't effect her.
I already knew Eccie's servers were in Europe so it no effect here. I do feel like the last to know the original owners sold out and the new owner doesn't live in the U.S., so the only thing Texas can do is block the I.P. and that won't happen.
If anything, it is just enough to remind everyone to be more discreet. That needs to happen, IMO anyway.

NO photos? LOL.
I remember making one of the first rip-off-of-Eros mass posts so so many years ago.
The boards have always been fun and always will. Sometimes a little change is good.

Either I don't understand language, or this IS just poorly written. Plus, the emotional language in it doesn't actually HELP.

The owner's location and the servers location means nothing.
If a website has content pertaining to a U.S. location then it will be in violation of the new law. The DOJ recently indicted a group of Russian hackers who've never stepped foot on US soil. Kim Dotcom, Pablo Escobar, El Chapo were all indicted by the DOJ while residing outside of the US.
And "Texas" won't do anything. This is a federal thing, not a state thing. It's not about "blocking" or shutting down anything, it's about prosecuting the website owners.
Our biggest hope is if Trump, knowing that the bill is unconstitutional and it will immediately be contested on those grounds, decides to not even sign it into law. If trump has any balls and a sense of righteousness he will dismiss this bill as the rubbish that it is and won't even bother signing it into law.
Much respect to the owners of p411, eccie, eros, and backpage for having some balls and not running and hiding like the little bitches at ter, craigslist, and cityvibe have done.
And FUCK YOU to all the ignorant bitches out there who want to label all sex workers and the sex work industry as "sex traficking". It's so erroneous and unfair it's just fucking ridiculous.

you can up grade and have both ch and com or talk to them about deleting and changing to ch
look into how the US had the domain of .org, .net and . com
I am not a tech person so we need someone with more knowledge to chime it.
These two bills will not be good for anyone

maybe this threat will help kill the Bill?
https://www.infowars.com/report-sex-...fficking-bill/
Trump doesn't need to sign it, and is probably wise not to sign.. the law goes in effect after 60 days, IIRC, automatically without his signature or veto.

Because the courts have no chance of retroactively prosecuting, trying hobbyist or providers. They are drowning now. In fact, the retroactive bit may be the laws undoing. This is about the big fish...the online sites...like eccie. Stop them and you put a chill on the process. You don't stop it but you slow the velocity of transactions.
This is why I love Washington Gridlock. The progressives are always bitching that govt. can't work...This is what happens when legislators are working. The fcukers can't pass a budget but they can go after consenting adults in the name of "saving the children!"
Sound familiar? It's what progs want to do with regards to guns... Most folks seem to want more govt. solutions in their lives. Good; they deserve to get it...good and hard.
