Millsy Is Outed... By Allen West!!
Next time you rent a car from Enterprise in Fort Lauderdale, say hello to millsy!
Quote:
Young black man serving me at the car rental today just made the ultimate mistake
By Allen West - December 13, 2017
I just arrived to South Florida as my wife, Angela’s birthday is tomorrow. I went over to rent a vehicle at Enterprise upon landing. As I was going over the vehicle with the very professional, articulate young black male sales associate he made the ultimate mistake.
Yep, he assumed that since I was black, I was a Democrat. And so he went on to say, “Our boy Jones pulled it out for us in Alabama.” Realizing that he had no idea who I was…oh yeah, time to play ambush.
So I responded, yes, we needed that one…that was all it took. He then expressed to me that now we can move to impeach Trump and get him out of office. I responded by saying, you cannot impeach a person because you don’t like him. He retorted that we can now take him out over sexual assault charges — I had to correct him with the word allegations.
I asked him if this was the same as with Bill Clinton; he said that was different. So, quickly I explained that Bill Clinton was “impeached” over his lying under oath, but he did not resign nor was removed from office. Also, the egregious actions of Bill Clinton did occur in the Oval Office, while he was president, unlike with Trump…so why the double standard? Uh oh, my dear young friend was confused, and decided to pivot to another avenue: “Trump is going to get us into a war with North Korea.”
I explained to the young man that I was a 22-year retired Army officer who’d been stationed on the Korean Peninsula in 1995. I quickly used the parallel of dealing with a bully. And I asked him if he was comfortable with Kim Jung Un firing missiles with the capability to reach the United States. I asked him, how did he believe we should deal with a bully…and how does one do so on the streets? I made the historical comparison to Neville Chamberlain and his appeasement, acquiescence, and subjugation to Adolf Hitler all because he wanted to avoid a war…how did that work out?
I asked the young fella if he preferred Obama’s dismissal of all the bad behavior of North Korea for the past eight years? So, why would he be upset about Donald Trump standing up to a bully? His last line of approach was to shift to referring to Trump as being unstable, and I asked if he has a doctorate of psychiatry.
Lesson learned: the progressive socialist leftists aren’t really deep thinkers. They’re part of a herd mentality, a collective, that receive their talking points chip inserted and are ill-equipped to critically think, especially in a five-minute span of conversation.
But what I would advise to blacks is stop thinking skin tone dictates brain activity and political philosophy. I hope that if anything, the young man at the Ft. Lauderdale airport rental car facility will study, and not just repeat lines. And he should be careful to never assume that someone thinks as he does, just because someone has told him all blacks are Democrats.
Some of us used our individual liberty and belief in the equality of opportunity to flee the liberal progressive economic plantation. And we ain’t going back!

Illegally? WRONG.

“Office of the President-elect staff members will be required to individually sign and accept [government furnished] laptop and Smartphone while accepting IT Rules of Behavior to safeguard the assets and the integrity of the network infrastructure.”
Those rules of behavior include a privacy waiver, which notes that, “Users have no expectation of privacy on GSA IT resources since all activities are subject to monitoring.”

They knew what they signed up for!
Man, the Trump administration just can't catch a break. Every one of their attempts to control the narrative have been shot down with facts.
The beauty of this is, if I understand correctly, Mueller has had the emails for quite a while, but (for obvious reasons) did not disclose that to the Trump team members he interviewed. So if they lied about things that were in the emails, he has them dead to rights.
Now, you'd think someone like Mike Pence would have known the GSA emails were fair game, but then again he was using his AOL account for government business when he was Governor of Indiana.

Really? What was his AOL nom de plume? Richard Windsor?

"Windsor.Richard@epa.gov was the controversial email alias used by former Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lisa Jackson, who resigned earlier this year amid questions about whether her agency was complying with open-records laws."

So your brilliant idea is that Mike Flynn was a total nincompoop for lieing to the FBI about his conversation with the Ruskie ambassador over a non-secure line during the transition, i.e. after TRUMP was elected. Right?
Hmmm... I wonder how someone with 20+ years of counter-intellegence training would be so careless about using an open line? Or was he?
The problem with liberals is that they always play checkers during a game of 3 dimensional chess. Ya just can't fix stupid.

Mueller doesn't need any help discrediting his own investigation.
He's doing a fine job of it all by himself.

There is no stopping the Mueller train. He is just plowing right through this investigation, taking out a line of people on the way to Trump, all while not making a single (known) mistake. Manafort, Page, Papadopolous, Gates, Flynn, all taken down and Mueller isn't losing steam. The investigation has been airtight in terms of leaks and every challenge thus far (Strzok's texts and then Trump's lawyer's claim of Mueller illegally obtaining these emails) has been bounced off like a pellet gun shot at a tank. Anyone who has even so much as an unpaid parking ticket and an association to Trump must wearing Depends around the clock with the amount of pants-shitting that must be going on. In a time of a constant barrage of childish tweets, attacks on the media, and political misstep after political misstep from the Trump Administration, it's great to know the rule of law still reigns.

Did the IT Rules also include a waiver of attorney-client privilege? That was one of the reasons the White House cried foul. Are you aware that if a prosecutor or attorney comes across privileged communication, they are ethically required to stop reviewing it and tell the other side immediately? Mueller didn't do that. Trump's lawyers figured it out from the questions being asked.
Do you think it's fair, legal, or constitutional for one side (in any litigation) to know everything the other side has been privately discussing with their attorneys? Oh wait, I forgot - the end always justifies the means for you libtards! It's fair and legal if you do it to me, but unfair and illegal if someone does it to you, right?
The sad part is Mueller could have avoided this taint to his investigation if he had simply gone through the proper channels and obtained a warrant. Then the transition team's emails would have been delivered to him, sans the privileged communications. Mueller clearly shot himself in the foot by not doing this.

Hmmm... let's see. First you say Trump can't assert executive privilege because a transition team isn't part of the government yet. Then you say Mueller can grab the transition team's emails without a warrant because they are government property. You libtards always want to have it both ways, dontcha?
I don't know who owns those emails. The courts will have to sort it out for future transition teams. Only a fool (that's you, millsy) would claim to know in advance. But I have no doubt if a Special Counsel did this to a Hillary Clinton transition team, you would be screaming and hollering and calling it illegal!
Here's a contrary view. There are laws on the books saying the emails are private. The federal government's own Chief Records Officer reminded all federal agencies (including the FBI) of this a mere ten days after Trump was elected.
"The Presidential Transition Act states that all records of transition operations are private and confidential.
On November 16, 2016, roughly ten days after Trump was elected president, the Chief Records Officer of the U.S. Government sent a letter to all federal agencies reminding them that 'the materials that PTT members create or receive are not Federal or Presidential records, but are considered private materials.' I'm not a lawyer, so can you point me to the section of the Presidential Transition Act of 1963 that states all records of transition operations are private and confidential?

Under the Act, Presidential transition teams are set up as 501(c)(4) organizations, which are private, non-profit entities.
From the letter sent by Trump transition team attorney Kory Langhofer on Saturday:
"In the 54 years since Congress first codified a statutory scheme governing the transition process, the fundamental structure and character of presidential transition teams have remained unchanged: They are private organizations controlled and managed by the President-Elects and their authorized designees, not by outgoing Presidents, their executive agencies, or other governmental entities. Indeed, if transition teams were part of the federal government, which until Inauguration Day is led by the outgoing President, it would subvert the very purpose of a transition team. Communications infrastructure and other platforms supplied by the GSA to a presidential transition team (e.g., email accounts) are solely for the convenience and assistance of the transition team; they plainly are not a mechanism for a federal agency to commandeer the confidential documents of a private, nonprofit organization."
https://www.politico.com/f/?id=00000...b-756de2a90000
By the way, if you read the entire letter you will learn the full extent of Mueller's misconduct. The GSA's legal counsel concurred that the emails were owned by the transition team, and he promised to notify them of any document requests from the Special Counsel. After he became sick and incapacitated last August, Mueller took advantage of his illness to circumvent the agreed process. Does that sound like something a man of integrity would do?

Why didn't the awesome legal team of Trump go straight to the courts to argue their case?
More signs of guilt: Trump's campaign was warned about Russia, and said nothing.
In the summer of 2016, the FBI was already investigating “pervasive connections” between Trump and the Russians:
https://www.salon.com/2017/12/19/mor...-said-nothing/
He was warned. He was given an explanation. Nevertheless, he persisted.
They were told to report contacts and they set up meetings instead.
I don't even understand how his supporters can think there was nothing shady about the way they behaved. They were told by the FBI to immediately report any contact from Russians and instead they had dozens of contacts and meetings with Russians which they then later lied about and said they had no contacts with Russians. How is that not suspicious?! This thing where people do mental gymnastics to excuse anything Trump and his bozo team do is some fucked up shit.
