False. You'd need to define your measure of "what more harmful" is. The fact that you have nothing but numbers indicates that your measure for "more harmful" is the total number of people affected. Overall, you can't do the math. But that's to be expected because math is RAYCISS!

It’s not just testing. Whites, on average, do have a superior intellect. They’re not the top of the heap though since Asians and Jews, on average, score higher than whites.

I would presume that it’s more likely that both races/ethnicities have a class of people that just live off the govt, whether it’s in projects or trailer parks.

You simply stated the reason for more Whites on Welfare than Blacks was because there were more poor whites. You didn't provide any proof to that and you were wrong. So if Whites are the highest welfare recipients the reason may not be poverty.

Well then it's just a matter of overall population not so much of poverty in and of itself. So if both groups were even in number lets take the 600 it would be 108 vs 42.
