Maybe I'm being a little harsh on Trump. But I think the corporate income tax cuts were mostly engineered by Paul Ryan, and Trump was pushing higher income tax rates for some Americans until Gary Cohn talked him out of it.

Was Trump trying to keep the public calm when he was claiming there was a fucking "caravan" coming up from Central America to rape our women? Does THAT have a calming effect for you? Trump doesn't believe in making people calm. Trump believes in stirring up shit. ANYONE who doesn't realize this is ignorant.
