Actually, in my experience it's not so much a bad attitude as a snobby one. Most good looking women I've met enter a room thinking their better than most everyone in the room. They don't deign themselves to actually talk with other human beings unless they are being properly worshiped by them, and even then they talk down to them.

This attitude seems to be pervasive among good looking women. It decreases as the woman becomes less "hot" and finally she becomes "reasonable" when her looks are "plain" or "girl next door."

I would imagine that those in the demimonde that looked like "hot" celebs also had their attitudes.

I think sometimes it can be a misunderstanding. i'm more reserved when I meet people and prefer to observe and learn, so my silence and stare isnt one of contempt. Maybe the beautiful women you've mentioned have other things on their mind?
