I do inform my clients what I know about the precedents that have been set and allow them to make their own choice understanding the risks. A very dear client of mine who was kind, respectful, and an overall good guy was one of those charged with a felony on the basis of his writing 3 reviews over 3 years ago.

Great... Just what a client wants to hear before, during or after a session.

If reviews don't impact your business then why do you have a review section on your website
"It was a great experience with Estella..."
"Estella was a great dinner date..."
"The meeting was fun..."
"She's very nice and looks great..."
"Time flies too quickly..."
I am glad you made/make a lot of money and I am sorry you don't feel safe in Dallas.

A person should always have a right to know the risks of something before they do it. My position is that clients should understand the risks and make their own decision. I do not have a no-review policy, I have a "do whatever you want, at your own risk" policy.

I value reviews in order to prove my legitimacy as a provider (as opposed to LE), but not beyond that.

Of course she's leaving - read this entire thread, she's too smart for the Dallas hobbyists at large. Beautiful, check. Smart, check. Let's chase her away, we don't need any more smart and pretty girls around here, we like BSC older ladies offering $100 specials late night in chat because she has to pay her hotel rent in the morning.

Wrt the Seattle case, it sounds like King County tried to trump this up as some sort of sex trafficking ring (I remember talk of a private "club" when the charges were first handed down). Then, when they found out they couldn't make that stick, they pushed for lesser charges and community service for those who just wanted to make it go away. In the end, they're not getting a lot of bang for the buck, and it doesn't sound like a model most communities want to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to emulate.

The opposite actually can be said for many females. There are several species of monkey, bees, antelopes, birds, and plenty of human examples as well...
It isn't a biological trait specific to males. I think that belief comes from growing up and living in a patriarchy where sexual liberation and promiscuity are traits we praise in men but shame in women. It isn't "ladylike" for women to be slutty and that's what we get labeled when we behave non-monogamously.
I'll step off my poly soap box now lol

Yes Estella, you can ask for whatever rate you want...but you still have to back it up with value...which to me...you dont!!!
Not my fault. Bbbj for the win...always!!!
And i just realized that you really are just a fearful chic...
You brought your fears with you..
Afraid over reviews because of stuff in another state.. that fear should have been left back in seattle...
Your afraid of a raw cock....
I believe you should enjoy playing with cocks if you want to be a hooker...
I really dont get that one...
But you also want us to relish in your fear.....really?????
Get the fuck out of here!!!!
Im sure your a slow driver and your also afraid of the dark...

Are you going to be my roommate in the pen? Maybe we can bribe the guards to let the ladies visit us.

You are partially right. King County received a grant from the Federal government to investigate sex trafficking. To their disappointment, when they began investigating, they discovered there was no sex trafficking taking place. They reacted to this by lying to the media to save face and portraying what they did as "recovering victims from sex trafficking". In reality, no one was trafficked. They didn't "recover" anyone. They stole the girls' money and forced them to leave. The girls are now providing in Los Angeles.
However, that is a little different from the stance they have taken on review writing which is actually completely separate from the K-girls case. The initial charges occurred at the same time but the continuing charges are related to review writing alone.
Where you are wrong is your claim that defendants were allowed to plea to lesser charges. This is mostly incorrect. Only one of the defendants charged with review writing was allowed to plea to a misdemeanor and that was because. . .get this. . .he did not actually post his review! You're reading this right. . .the poor guy didn't even post the review he wrote and was still charged with a felony (later pled to misdemeanor)!
Apart from him, everyone else was forced to plead guilty to felony charges with a plea deal (most involving jail time) or face the possibility of about 12 years in prison. For writing reviews.
I don't know if this is what people "want to hear" but it is the reality of what happened and what is likely to happen again based on the continuing "success" they are having in bullying people into accepting felony and life-altering plea deals.
I think people have a hard time processing and accepting this and are lashing out at me as a result. I am on your side. I am horrified about what LE did and got away with in this case and I am doubly horrified that it sets them up to do it again.

Estella, I'm just getting back into that story after not following it for awhile. The guys that pled to felonies appear to be members of the League. The cops had a lot more on them than simply writing reviews. They were at social gatherings with undercover cops, etc.
It does look like a fresh batch of charges have been filed against another group of guys. It's not clear to me yet what the details are behind those charges...they may be the review writers to which you are referring.
