I see a lot of longtime members that don't review. It hasn't hurt their "creds" I comment on reviews and add info if it's someone I've seen. I don't care about the ROS. I bought a month of PA and didn't find it useful. Also I've been cutting back on frequency of the hobby.

To your point, this painting from 1350 is interesting.
Also this one from 1486

Scientists have even found cave dwellings with similar art depictions on their walls going back thousands of years showing what appears as spacemen and spacecraft. Seem even cave men, kept their eyes on the skies...LOL

Yes. I've seen the cave dweller drawings too. The Dogon Tribe is also interesting.
My first thought is always skepticism. Are the paintings authentic? Like religion, we're presented with evidence that can't be personally verified. UFO and Paranormal are big money makers for publishers and TV. Discover Channel has had actors playing professors and expert historians for parody documentaries. We see faked art, documents, autographs and memorabilia all the time.
As interesting as these paintings are, I'm equally, if not more skeptical of their authenticity. Even if they were proven to be authentic, is there a simple explanation for the depictions of men in crude sky cans? They look more cartoonish than futuristic , like something from the Jetsons. Maybe it's the artist's depiction of the holy spirit's presence at the crucifixion, or astral visitation. We'll never know for sure, but it's a fun topic for speculation.

Some were carbon dated for authenticity.

I didn't think they dated these yet, but I haven't really followed up with it over the past five or so years.
Lol. Hanna-Barbera came a few years later.
I meant that it looks more like a crudely drawn chariot than a craft.

Back then those were terms they were familiar with.
Chariots and if they flew, chariots of fire...lol
The universe is so vast there are no doubt tens of thousands of other planets, maybe more, with intelligent life. Some more primitive and some far superior to us.

I believe that. The. odds are almost impossible that only one planet would. support life or a form of intelligence that we.have yet to understand.
I also live the idea of interdimensional beings and parallel universes. No idea if it exists , but how cool if it does.

We do enough of that on politics. No reason to do it on other subjects. We've had good conversations outside of politics.
