You stated that you were in PA and offered a FL notary. That's clearly and blatantly illegal.

For someone who takes as much care not to run afoul of FOSTA, you are sure cavalier about trying to get someone else to get in on a crime you just offered to commit on the internet. I'm not sure why you thought it was a personal jab that your offer wasn't accepted. I'm willing to flaunt the law a couple hundo at a crack.
