Do you understand that I hire a architect. Then take bids from local Builders. Builders are basically General Contractors who because of the nature of the business sub-contract any and everything from the slab , framing, roofing , AC, plumbing, bricklayers, flooring, electrician. . .

Unless you are a large company, nobody hires that type of workforce full time. It is not my responsibility legal or otherwise to check another company's workforce status. There is no pretext there.

You need to understand the real world....without illegals, DR Horton could not build a house. Go to any large Home construction site in Texas and see how many of the subs speak English. With Large million dollar homes it is not as much of a problem because of the quality of the home being built.
